History

WE Design house was established in the spring of 2000 by a professional architecture designer, most projects mainly belong to architecture planning and interior design in the initial stage.

In the summer of 2000, We had a great opportunitity to work on the space design project for Mystery of Night Hong Kong, one of the famous clubs in GB. We not only led the team of entire interior and exterior design and planning map, but also participated in the visual communication and CI integration design. Later in the spring of 2001, a designer from GMP Design Associates of GB joined us and was responsible for upholstery design and the integration of exterior design. This starts our firs experience in a huge scale of space design project with multi-nations cooperation.

In the winter of 2004, WE was rated first place in a competition, and worked on the creative space design and planning project for a physical creative centre. Due to clever integration of architecture, landscaping and interior planning with visual communication design, the designer completed the abandoned 50 x 50 m space through place ment and reorganized methods in limited budget. This not only broadens and extends the accessible visual space, but also successfully creates and enables a new life of the space so that abundant atmosphere of the space is deduced.

This project is honorably awarded iF communication design award, a so-called “design Oscar” in 2005. And the designer of WE is the only one to be awarded in the category of architecture & public spaces among Asian designers. So far, we still keep our enthusiasm in original intension to diligently find every hiding possibility of each space in all design cases, and of course, we always insist on offering high quality work through effective budget control.
